Meeting for Worship 10.30 Sunday morning.

The Meeting House is next to the Post Office, there is a car park in Longforth Road, behind the Co-op.

There is Children’s Meeting on the 3rd Sunday in the month, the children stay in the main Meeting for 15 minutes and then go out to the children’s hut in the garden, with 2 adults for the rest of the hour.

 

We have a small library where you can borrow books about Quaker history, theology, philosophy etc, and many other related topics.

 

We have tea and biscuits after Meeting, and all are welcome to stay and chat and find out more

On the first Sunday in the month we have Preparative Meeting and Meeting for Worship is 45 minutes long, followed by a brief cup of tea and we aim to start PM at 11.30.

Several times a year we get together to share a meal, to get to know each other better and to build a stronger community. These are some of our young people trying to barbecue sausages at one of our members eco-campsite!

Rooms to hire at Wellington Meeting House.

We have one large square room, £6 per hour, and one smaller rectangular room, £4 per hour.available for meetings. Furniture can be moved around, but must be replaced after use. There is disabled access and toilet. For more details and to book a room, please contact

Hospitality Offered

Double room - short stay bed and breakfast offered for £15 per night payable to Wellington Meeting House in aid of refurbishment of the Meeting House.
